A szerző még kifejezett tiltás hiányában is őrizkedik cégnevek,
védjegyek, reklámajánlatok és tartalmi kivonatok kisajátításától.A
szerző minden publikációban törekszik az alkalmazott grafikák,
hanghatások és szövegek szerzői jogainak figyelembevételére.Ha ennek
ellenére valamelyik oldalon egy jelzés nélküli, de mégis idegen,
szerzői joggal védett grafika, hanghatás vagy szöveg jelenne meg,
aminek a védettségét a szerző nem állapíthatta meg, / pl. mint
Freeware jelentkezett egy CD_ROM gyűjteményben vagy a különböző
WWW_Freeware kínálatok egyikén / , jóhiszemű alkalmazásnak
tekinthető.Egy ilyen nem szándékos, a szerzői jogot sértő esetben a
Web Site szerzője a jogsértés tudomásulvételét követően azt a Web Site
minden helyéről eltávolítja vagy a megfelelő jogtulajdonossal való
egyeztetés után a jogvédettség tényét és annak kiegészítő információit
nyilvánosságra hozza.

copyright protected image, sound, text or content appears, which
protection could not be determined by the author (e.g. it appeared as
a Freeware in a CD-ROM collection or received from one of the
different WWW Freeware offers) can be regarded as bona fide
application. In such unintentional, not deliberate, but copyright
violating case, the author of the Website - after the acknowledgment
of the copyright violation - will remove all related applications from
all locations of the Website or after the conciliations with the
appropriate copyright owner(s) the fact of copyright protection and
all related supplementary information will be published.
